18-year-old environmentalist Greta Thunberg went viral on TikTok – for Rickrolling, of all things!
“Rickrolling,” for all those who might now know, is a term coined online that describes the phenomenon of somebody being pranked with an unexpected sudden play of British singer-songwriter’s hit “Never Gonna Give You Up.”
And yes, during the 2021 Climate Live event in Stockholm, the teen activist sang and danced cheerfully to the iconic song without holding back her incredible moves.

The clip gained so much attention that Astley himself retweeted the clip and responded to it by calling it “Fantastic”.
