Karol G pleasantly surprised her fans with a recent announcement about her upcoming album, Mañana Será Bonito (Bichota Season). The Colombian artist shared a 30-second teaser on Instagram, featuring herself creating the album cover with pink and black sand while flaunting her pastel pink hair and a black two-piece bikini. The teaser was accompanied by strong hip-hop beats and a high-pitched voice saying, “Bichota Season.”

The album is set to drop on August 11, coinciding with the commencement of Karol G’s Mañana Será Bonito stadium tour. The tour, presented by Live Nation, will begin at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas and will cover 15 dates, including performances in Pasadena, Miami, Houston, Dallas, and concluding on September 28 at Gillette Stadium in Boston.

The news of the album release comes after the success of Karol G‘s latest single, “S91,” a moving EDM-trap fusion produced by Ovy on the Drums. The song, inspired by the Psalm 91 Bible verse, revolves around themes of overcoming adversity. The music video for “S91,” directed by Pedro Artola and produced by WeOwnTheCity, added to the excitement by teasing the arrival of Bichota Season.

Karol G’s previous album, Mañana Será Bonito, made history by becoming the first all Spanish-language LP by a female artist to top the Billboard 200 albums chart. The 17-track album features collaborations with artists like Romeo Santos, Quevedo, Sech, Carla Morrison, among others.

With the release of Mañana Será Bonito (Bichota Season) on the horizon and a highly-anticipated stadium tour, Karol G’s fans have much to look forward to in the upcoming months.
