During Billboard Latin Music Week 2022 in Miami, Florida, Camilo performed live on stage at Billboard En Vivo Ft Camilo presented by Burger King. He joined the star-studded lineup that includes Romeo Santos, Nicky Jam, Chayanne, Maluma, Ivy Queen, Grupo Firme, Bizarrap, and many more.

In other news, Camilo will sing the official Telemundo theme for the Qatar World Cup!

”The strategic intention of the Telemundo campaign is to connect with the Latino community and convey that soccer is an integral part of our identity,” said Claudia Chagui, vice president of marketing and creativity for Telemundo.

The official song for the network’s coverage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, “Aeropuerto,” by Colombian singer-songwriter Camilo, was just published on his album “De Adentro Pa’ Afuera.”

“Camilo is an artist who connects with people of all ages, genders, and languages ​​on all platforms,” ​​Chagui commented on the initiative.

”Being a football fan since I was little, it was very fun and special to adapt the lyrics of ‘Aeropuerto’ so that it accurately described the emotion and passion that we all feel when we see our teams giving it their all” Camilo commented.

Raul Jimenez, a Mexican soccer player, will appear in a new advertisement from Telemundo called “The Game We Love” to promote the network’s Spanish-language coverage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The Telemundo creative team developed and produced “The Game We Love,” which was filmed over the course of two months in three locations with more than 400 extras.
