The Puerto Rican urban music duo Wisin y Yandel will travel across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico starting September 29th. The pair will kick off their tour “La Última Misión” in Orlando (Florida) and finish it off at the end of the year in San Juan. The two have 41 performances planned with concerts at the Amway Center in Orlando and the FTX Arena in Miami.
Juan Luis Morera had revealed in a press conference, “It will be a tour to thank millions of people for our almost 20-year career. We are honored and at the same time sad.” Llandel Veguilla Malavé a.k.a Yandel also pointed out that the reason for what will be the duo’s separation has to do with family commitments and projects as solo artists.
“La Última Misión” will arrive in Puerto Rico to perform fourteen concerts at the San Juan Coliseum. The last show is scheduled for December 31 to celebrate NYE and say goodbye to 2022.
Wisin and Yandel have achieved success both as a duo and as solo artists. During their 14 years together, they have received numerous multi-platinum certifications in the United States and Latin America and a number of prestigious awards, including a Grammy and two Latin Grammys. 10 of their hits have topped the Billboard Latin Airplay charts and they are the only artists in the urban music genre to have had sold out shows at both Staples Center and Madison Square Garden.
