Post Malone’s highly anticipated new album, Twelve Carat Toothache, was released recently, and the singer is keeping the hype going with a brand new video for “Insane.”
Post is seen in the video hanging out by the pool late at night. The rapper, dressed in nothing but a pair of slacks, flaunts his tattoos as he flaunts his wacky attitude while dancing around, puffing on a cigarette, and sipping a beer. “She was classy, now she’s nasty, hey / Yeah, I’m a bastard, I’m a bastard, hey / Don’t believe me?” In the catchy chorus, he says, “You can ask her.”
The follow-up to 2019’s Hollywood’s Bleeding, Twelve Carat Toothache, was released on Friday (June 3). There are 14 tracks on the album, as well as a number of guest appearances. The tracks “One Right Now” with The Weeknd and “Cooped Up” with Roddy Ricch are the highlights of the album. “I Like You (A Happier Song)” features Doja Cat, while “I Cannot Be (A Sadder Song)” features Gunna. The Kid LAROI and Fleet Foxes both appear on the album as guests, contributing to the songs “Wasting Angels” and “Love/Hate Letter to Alcohol,” respectively.
Malone said the album is his “favorite” body of work to date in an interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe ahead of its release.
