Keeley has released another Contempo-pop meets Lush style track titled “Shadow On The Hills.” The single is being touted as one of the 2022 releases that matter by certain notable zines and blogs. Keeley will release her debut Brave Warrior EP digitally on June 18 with a physical release planned for autumn with a long-player scheduled for 2022.
The ‘Brave Warrior’ EP displays one of Ireland’s most talked-about young bands’ multi-faceted songwriting abilities, spanning from this bouncy opening tune to more spacey, darkly-dreamy electronic offerings, drenched in drama and saturated in sadness. Keeley follows an interesting thematic thread that she created some years ago, focused on German tourist Inga Maria Hauser, whose 1988 murder in Northern Ireland remains unsolved. Thus, Keeley’s tunes are dedicated to the memory of Inga Maria Hauser.
