Bespoke villa rental operator and lifestyle brand Cuvée has partnered with leading chef Thomas Keller to host Fête Aspen by Cuvée – a weekend-long event that welcomes guests to some of the most coveted properties in the Rocky Mountains.
Taking place from September 30 to October 2, the weekend itinerary celebrates the wealth of talent currently dominating the US culinary scene. From Keller himself, who is the brains behind The French Laundry and Per Se, to The Little Nell’s Matt Zubrod and Dean Fearing of the eponymous Fearing’s, the star-studded lineup gives guests exclusive access to some of the world’s leading chefs.
The format is remarkably intimate, with guests invited to spend time with these chefs without the usual barrier of the kitchen pass between them. The weekend will kick off with a welcome fête held under the open skies of Aspen, during which guests can sample a carefully prepared menu by Cuvée chefs and sip fine wines from Los Cabos, St. Barts and Tuscany.

The second event of the weekend will take place within your own Cuvée property, where one of the featured chefs will descend on your kitchen to whip up a bespoke feast. Accompanying the meal will be bottles of California’s top-rated wines, with vintners from these prestige winemakers acting as your guests for the evening.
Day three takes guests into the great outdoors for an Aspen adventure led by one of the Cuvée chefs. Expect the likes of hiking the Maroon Bells mountain with chef Fearing to cycling along the Roaring Fork valley.
Rounding up the weekend is the Cuvée Gala, which invites guests to journey to the Sundeck at The Little Nell on the Silver Queen Gondola, where they will absorb 360-degree views across Aspen while enjoying a six-course tasting menu. The evening will culminate with a live auction for Keller’s Ment’or foundation.

“Participation in this event supports Ment’or, the foundation that I started with Chefs Daniel Boulud and Jérome Bocuse. Ment’or not only provides aspiring young chefs with the professional opportunities they might not be able to access otherwise but also trains Team USA for the global culinary competition, the Bocuse d’Or,” says Thomas Keller. “Your much-appreciated donation will support an up-and-coming culinary professional through a critical time in their career.”
Tickets for the event are available in a variety of packages, from the Starwood Sponsor package, which includes accommodation at one of Cuvée’s luxury Aspen estates for five couples as well as unlimited access to all weekend events, through to a Weekend Package, which includes accommodation for two at either The Little Nell or St. Regis and tickets to each event. Places for each individual event can also be booked for a more bespoke approach to the weekend.
Since its inception Cuvée has proudly raised over $15,000 for national nonprofits and youth support organizations, with this event being the latest in its bid to support the next generation.
Weekend packages with Cuvée accommodation from $50,000, individual tickets from $2,500 per event.
