Georgia, the rising British pop star, has unveiled her new single “Give It Up For Love” on BBC Radio 1 today. The song is the second track from her upcoming album Euphoric, which is set to be released on July 28 via Domino Records.
“Give It Up For Love” is a catchy and upbeat tune that showcases Georgia’s distinctive vocals and production skills. The song is about taking a leap of faith and embracing love, even if it means leaving behind comfort and stability.
The song was accompanied by a stunning video directed by Mathy & Fran, who said: “We wanted to explore the song’s themes of caution and bravery, through the act of diving. Abandoning stability to leap into the unknown, diving feels like both descending and soaring, and the perfect analogy for Give It Up For Love.”
Georgia’s new album Euphoric follows her critically acclaimed sophomore album Seeking Thrills, which was nominated for the Mercury Prize in 2020. Euphoric promises to be a more personal and intimate record that reflects Georgia’s journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
Georgia is also gearing up for a UK and European tour later this year, where she will perform songs from her new album as well as her previous hits. You can find the tour dates and tickets on her official website.
