RBD Will Release A Fresh New Single On February 23

RBD’s return is becoming more thrilling by the day! The Mexican band will not only have a reunion tour called ‘Soy Rebelde,’ but fans will soon be able to hear previously unheard songs from the band. The news was made on the chat site Discord, where the band stated that fans will hear both old and new music.

The soon-to-be-released track ‘Solo te pido’ was written by two of the band’s fans, Sofa Reyes and Leon Leiden. Dulce Maria from the band teased the impending new track by posting a video on her social media sites with the caption: “23 de Febrero 🎶🥹❤️🙌🏼♾️ @rbd_musica.”

Dulce Maria’s tweet has already been viewed hundreds of thousands of times. The official RBD Twitter account also revealed that more information will be given that day (February 23) at 7 p.m. Mexico time. This will be the band’s first release since their last album, “Para olvidarte de m,” which was released in 2009.

Since the band announced their long-awaited 2023 tour, fans have flocked to social media to express their joy through memes, old videos, and other means. Their forthcoming tour has already sold out in over 40 Latin American locations, with over 1.4 million tickets sold.

The tour begins on August 25th in Texas, United States. While Alfonso Herrera will be missed, fans throughout the world are excited to see Dulce Mara, Anah, Maite Perroni, Christian Chávez, and Christopher Uckermann return to the stage.
