Cirque Musica, one of the largest Cirque companies in the world, has signed with Juan Gabriel Estate for the global rights of the late Mexican singer-songwriter’s new production “Cirque Musica Presents Querida: The Official Celebration of Juan Gabriel.” The show will start on October 22 at the San Rafael Theater in Mexico City.
Known for its breathtaking musicals and spectacles, Cirque Musica celebrates Juan Gabriel‘s legacy with the support of his family and loved ones. Ivan Aguilera, Juanga’s son, shares the reason behind this collaboration,“I am thrilled to work with Cirque Musica to bring this spectacular interpretation of my father’s legacy to his amazing fans. My father was a natural entertainer and I know he would be very pleased with this production.”
The president of TCG Entertainment and producer of Cirque Musica, Stephen Cook, is also excited about his new production, “Cirque Musica is honored to be working with Juan Gabriel’s estate to bring this production to the stage. Our goal is to be the biggest and the best show in the world and this is the next step. We understand the importance of Juan Gabriel and the impact his music made, and we are excited to bring this celebration to his loyal Mexican fans.”
Cirque Musica Presents Querida will honor the music of El Divo De Juárez with extraordinary aerial performances and acrobats, creating an artistic spectacle that celebrates the beloved Mexican icon who died of a heart attack at the age of 66.
