“This Love (Taylor’s Version)” is another song from Taylor Swift’s reworked version of the 2014 album 1989. Taylor Swift turned to social media to announce the track’s release date on May 6th.
It was accompanied by a lyric video, which showed a stretch of boardwalk surrounded by waving grasses and a dark blue sky, with the song’s words fading in and out over it.
The song was first featured in the trailer for an OTT’s new show ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’. Swift confirmed that the re-recorded tune would be released in full later, writing on social media that she has always been incredibly proud of this song.
