It’s safe to say that “Dune” was one of the most highly anticipated movies of 2021. That being said, many fans complained that one of the main characters in the film had so little screen time, and that character was Chani, played by none other than superstar Zendaya. To be precise, her screen time spanned around seven minutes out of the entire two and a half-hour long blockbuster.
Well, we have some good news for all of you Chani fans out there. Director Denis Villanueve recently confirmed that Zendaya’s character will have a “more prominent part in the sequel.”
All that’s left to do is wait patiently for the second edition of the film.
