Ed Sheeran Scores His Fifth Number-One Album

British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran has officially gained another number one spot on Billboard 200 for his latest album titled “Equals,” which is often stylized as simply “=” with over 115,000 units i.e 68,000 pure sales. 

This is Sheeran’s fifth album that debuts at number 1.

Before receiving any success, Sheeran told fans – “Honestly man, there’s really no stone left unturned. I’m doing every media outlet that I can fit in, I’ve prerecorded a load of content,” Sheeran said on the Australian radio show. “I can’t do anything more. If it’s big, I’ve done everything I can. If it’s not big, I’ve done everything I can.”
